Generations of Design Experience and History
Beginning in 1976, Peggy Freitas, was inspired by the rugged coastal landscape of Northern California to curate spaces around natural beauty. Relocating to Cape Cod, MA in 1987, she again found herself incredibly inspired by the Atlantic coast, beaches and serene natural beauty. Working with her husband, Livio Freitas, they renovated hundreds of homes to enhance spacial layout, aesthetic design and client preferences. Her daughter, Livia Freitas Monteforte, joined her team in 2020, as a consultant after working for 22 years as a Real Estate Broker and previously attending New York School of Interior Design (NYSID). Together, they bring the fun and excitement to designing your dream Beach House, whether it be waterfront or coastally inspired.
